Connect your stock and sales records
Import item history from your ERP, inventory system or spreadsheets through a CSV upload or a read-only connection. We work with operational records only: SKUs, quantities, purchase orders, warehouse locations and supplier lead times.

Get a demand forecast per SKU and location
Our models learn each item's seasonality, sales velocity and supplier behaviour, then project expected demand for the weeks ahead. Slow movers, seasonal spikes and dead stock are separated automatically instead of being averaged together.

Review suggested purchase orders
Every item gets a reorder point, a suggested quantity and a plain-language reason. Your buyers stay in control: approve, adjust or reject each line, and the system records the decision so the next plan improves.

A note on how we use AI
Our models work on your operational inventory history — item movement, order cycles, lead times and seasonality. They produce forecasts and recommendations that a person reviews. The software does not make automated decisions about individuals, does not profile people, and does not process consumer personal data.

What kind of data does O&L GLOBAL need?
Operational inventory data: item codes, descriptions, quantities on hand, sales or shipment history, purchase orders, warehouse locations and supplier lead times. We do not need consumer personal data, payment card data, health data or credit information, and we ask customers not to send it.
Do you sell or share our business data?
No. Customer data is used to deliver the service to that customer. We do not sell customer data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use one customer's item-level data to build a product for a competitor. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Which systems can you import from?
At launch we support CSV and Excel exports from any inventory or ERP system, plus read-only connections to common mid-market platforms. If you run something custom, we will look at your export format during onboarding and tell you honestly whether it fits.
How long does setup take?
Most teams can produce a first forecast within a few days of sending a clean item and sales history file. Multi-warehouse setups with supplier data usually take one to two weeks to configure properly.
Will the software place orders on its own?
No. O&L GLOBAL produces recommendations. A person on your team reviews and approves every purchase order. We designed it this way on purpose: buyers know things about their suppliers that no model does.
How accurate are the forecasts?
Accuracy depends on your data history and how erratic your demand is. Items with steady movement and 12+ months of history forecast well; brand-new or one-off items do not. During onboarding we backtest against your own history so you see the real numbers before you commit.
Can I cancel, and do you offer refunds?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the paid period. New subscriptions include a 14-day refund window. The conditions are written out in our Refund Policy.
Is the product available today?
O&L GLOBAL is in a private pilot with a limited number of distribution and warehouse teams. The waitlist is how we release new workspaces, and joining it does not create a payment obligation.
