Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 27, 2026

The short version

  • We do not sell or rent personal information, and we never have.
  • We do not use behavioural advertising trackers on this website.
  • Our platform is built for operational inventory data, not consumer personal data.
  • If you ask us to delete your details, we delete them.

This Privacy Policy explains how O&L GLOBAL LLC ("O&L GLOBAL", "we", "us") handles information in connection with our website at olglobaltech.com and our inventory planning software (together, the "Services"). O&L GLOBAL LLC is the controller of the personal information described in section 2.

1. Scope

This policy covers information about business contacts, website visitors and authorised users of our platform. It does not change the terms of any written agreement we have with a customer. Our Terms of Service govern use of the Services.

2. Information we collect

a. Information you give us

  • Waitlist and enquiry details: name, work email address, company name, role, approximate number of warehouse locations, and any notes you choose to write.
  • Account details (for customers): name, business email, company, role, and authentication data.
  • Billing details (for paying customers): billing contact, business address and tax identifiers. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Support correspondence: messages you send us and our replies.

b. Customer Data you upload to the platform

Customers upload operational business records: item codes and descriptions, quantities, movement and sales history, purchase orders, warehouse locations, and supplier lead times. This is business information about goods and stock. It is not intended to contain personal information, and our contracts prohibit uploading consumer personal data, health data, payment card data, credit report data, biometric data or precise location data about individuals. Where a business record incidentally contains a work contact name, we treat it as personal information and process it only to provide the Services.

c. Information collected automatically

  • Server logs: IP address, date and time, requested page, referring page, browser and operating system. Used for security, abuse prevention and diagnostics.
  • Essential cookie: a single session cookie that keeps your form submission secure (cross-site request forgery protection). It contains no advertising identifier and expires when you close your browser.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, session recording, fingerprinting or behavioural profiling on this website.

d. Third-party resources loaded by this website

To render this site we load a stylesheet framework from cdn.tailwindcss.com and typefaces from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. When your browser requests those files, the provider receives your IP address and basic request headers, as happens with any third-party asset. We do not send those providers your name, email address or any form input.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to waitlist requests and enquiries, and to arrange early access.
  • To create, secure and administer customer accounts.
  • To provide the Services: generating forecasts, reorder recommendations and reports from Customer Data.
  • To provide support and communicate about service status, security and changes to terms.
  • To invoice, collect payment and keep accounting records.
  • To detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
  • To improve the Services, using aggregated or de-identified information wherever possible.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.

We do not use personal information to make automated decisions about individuals that have legal or similarly significant effects on them, and we do not profile individuals.

4. Legal bases (for individuals in the EEA and UK)

  • Contract: to provide the Services to a customer and administer the relationship.
  • Legitimate interests: to respond to business enquiries, secure our systems, prevent abuse and improve the Services, balanced against your interests.
  • Consent: where you tick the waitlist consent box, or otherwise opt in. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation: tax, accounting and compliance record-keeping.

Where a customer uploads Customer Data that contains personal information, the customer is the controller and we act as processor on their instructions. We will sign a data processing agreement on request.

5. We do not sell your information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are used under the California Consumer Privacy Act and comparable state laws. We do not disclose customer business data to advertisers, data brokers or competitors. We do not use one customer's item-level data to build products or benchmarks for another customer without a separate written agreement.

6. When we share information

We share information only in these situations:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Services under contract and confidentiality obligations, limited to what they need. Current categories are: cloud hosting and data storage; transactional email delivery; payment processing; error monitoring; and business productivity tools.
  • Your own organisation: other authorised users in your workspace can see the workspace data.
  • Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, bound by professional duties.
  • Legal requirements: where we must comply with valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety and property. We assess requests and object to overbroad demands where we can lawfully do so.
  • Business transfer: in connection with a merger, financing or sale of assets, subject to this policy continuing to apply.

We will publish an up-to-date list of subprocessors on request to privacy@olglobaltech.com.

7. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our infrastructure is located in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred there. Where required, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism, along with appropriate technical safeguards.

8. How long we keep information

  • Waitlist records: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, or until you ask us to delete them.
  • Customer account and Customer Data: for the duration of the subscription, then deleted or de-identified within 90 days of termination unless you request earlier deletion or the law requires retention.
  • Billing and tax records: as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law, generally seven years.
  • Server logs: typically 90 days, longer only where needed to investigate a specific security incident.

9. Security

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for stored data, role-based access control, least-privilege access for staff, multi-factor authentication on administrative systems, logging, and regular patching. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify affected parties and regulators as required by applicable law and without undue delay.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we hold about you and obtain a copy;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • request deletion;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • receive your information in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • opt out of sale, sharing for targeted advertising, or profiling. We do not carry out any of these activities, so there is nothing to opt out of;
  • not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To exercise a right, email privacy@olglobaltech.com from the address on file, or describe your request clearly enough for us to locate your record. We respond within 45 days (or one month for EEA and UK requests) and may extend once where permitted, telling you why. We do not charge a fee unless a request is excessive. You may use an authorised agent where the law allows; we may ask for proof of authority.

If you are an authorised user of a customer workspace, direct requests about workspace data to that customer first. We will assist them as their processor.

You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, or with your state attorney general in the United States. We would appreciate the chance to address the issue first.

11. Marketing communications

We send early-access and product updates only to people who asked to hear from us. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply to any message to be removed. Service messages about security, billing or terms are not marketing and continue while your account is active.

12. Children

The Services are for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it. Contact privacy@olglobaltech.com if you believe this has happened.

13. Do Not Track

We do not track visitors across third-party websites, so we do not respond differently to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Our position is the same either way: no cross-site tracking.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Services develop or the law changes. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will notify affected users by email or an in-product notice before it takes effect.
